Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and intellectually curious individuals to join our team as Business Research Trainees. This role is designed for aspiring researchers who enjoy solving complex problems, analyzing information, and uncovering meaningful insights from data.

As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in market research, business analysis, and consulting projects while working closely with experienced researchers and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research and gather information from credible sources.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Research industries, markets, companies, and consumer behavior across local and international markets.
• Prepare structured reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Validate and cross-check information to ensure research accuracy and reliability.
• Present research findings and recommendations to the Research & Consulting team.
• Contribute ideas and perspectives to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Experience conducting academic research, thesis work, or research-based projects.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Management, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Physics, or related analytical fields.
• Comfort working with numbers, data, and analytical tasks.
• Interest in business strategy, market intelligence, and consulting.
• Global mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by challenges.
