Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin & HR Assistant to support daily administrative operations and human resource activities. The role involves office coordination, employee support, record management, recruitment assistance, and maintaining smooth workplace operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Duties

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and company records
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support day-to-day office operations and logistics
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation

2. HR Duties

  • Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheets
  • Assist with payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Support employee engagement activities and company events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or HR support
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Experience with HR software or attendance systems
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Salary: 35,000 Gross
