Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Business Research Associate who can transform information into actionable business insights.

This is not a routine data-entry position. The role requires structured thinking, logical problem-solving, and the ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources. Successful candidates will contribute directly to business research projects that influence strategic decisions for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market and industry research across local and international markets.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and emerging business opportunities.
• Gather information from multiple credible sources and validate data for accuracy and reliability.
• Convert raw data and research findings into clear, structured, and actionable insights.
• Support internal teams with research-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and analytical documents.
• Identify key business risks, opportunities, and market developments.
• Present research findings in a concise and understandable format.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in GMAT-style logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving.
• Excellent critical thinking and structured communication skills.
• Ability to distinguish relevant information from irrelevant or misleading data.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines.
• Internship or project experience involving research, analysis, consulting, or strategy.
• Familiarity with business reports, presentations, case studies, or market research methodologies.
• Experience working with large datasets and analytical frameworks.
