We Are Hiring: Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Golang Developer with 3–4 years of professional software development experience to help design, build, and maintain scalable backend services. You’ll collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver reliable systems that perform well at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go (Golang) (or C++/Java depending on project needs)

• Build and optimize data-access layers using SQL and NoSQL databases

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability and performance

• Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices

Required Technical Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on backend/software development experience

• Strong proficiency in Go (or C++/Java with willingness to work in Go)

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP/design principles

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB)

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (gRPC is a plus)

• Familiarity with concurrency, performance tuning, and scalable system design

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)

• Understanding of security best practices and Agile development tools
